Highly recommend Seafront Motors. The owner and his team have gone above and beyond for me. From viewing my car, on a Sunday while the owner was away, his team made sure I could meet them and test drive the car, and I was able to drive away the same day which I needed to do! Had a slight problem with the turbo, but the car was collected as soon as I informed them, and I was also given a courtesy car so I could continue to work without having to hire a vehicle. Repairs done and car dropped back to my door! Honest, kind, genuine owner!

Absolutely brilliant customer care and after sales care. Very friendly, approachable and helpful, including when an issue with the car occurred a couple of months later. They advised us and helped us resolve it despite it being a while since the sale. We would certainly use them again in future.

Very accommodating. The process of buying from Seafront was refreshing and relaxed from start to finish. He was happy to accommodate me around working shifts, and send pictures through WhatsApp when I had questions about the vehicle. Seafront also provided a competitive part-ex for me previous vehicle and helped to complete the paperwork for my cherished reg transfer.

contact with the dealer was very good and prompt, he delivered as promised and showed any points that needed making aware of, as I bought online and didnt go to the shop due to distance, car price very competitive for its age.

I spent the day looking for a car for my son and we ended up in Portsmouth to see a car my son found which I was not sure about. It became clear my son wanted this car at Seafront Motors but I was not so keen. I have to say I don’t think I have ever purchased a car from a garage that felt like buying a car from someone in the family. Whilst we were there we met the owner, his wife and his son, and they made my decision to purchase my sons new car a stress free process. They left us alone with the car and also invited us into the office and insisted on showing us all the paperwork for the car. They never pushed me to buy the car, in fact they told us where we could get a sandwich round the corner to have a think. On return, again they were helpful and offered various options to buy the car etc. They helped us tax and sort out insurance so we could drive the car home there and then. I have never left a review for a garage but felt I should with this one. It is reassuring to know there are still honest, family businesses especially in the second hand car market. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them in the future. My son is very happy with his new BMW and I am happy with the whole experience. Also, there is a pub across the road.
